Velmora needed one trusted story for three lanes: general trading (sourcing, import-export, distribution), foodstuff supply chain (warehousing, QA, logistics), and medical supply (devices, consumables, regulatory support), with ethical positioning and clear paths for distributors and healthcare buyers.

During Discovery we found that Velmora's three lanes (general trading, foodstuff supply chain, medical supply) served very different buyer personas with different trust thresholds. A single generic page was losing healthcare buyers who need regulatory signals and food buyers who need QA proof.
