Tracon East needed a flagship narrative for global commodity excellence: four core services from trading and facilitation through logistics and trade finance, plus three product pillars (agricultural, industrial raw materials, food and beverage) and regional presence proof for buyers and sellers worldwide.

During Discovery we found that Tracon East's gateway positioning was more implied than stated. Buyers and sellers worldwide needed the regional presence proof and compliance messaging front and center to validate the multi-commodity, multi-corridor claim.
