Tarahi Online needed a scalable digital flagship for a wide marketplace of design and advertising work: hundreds of service types spanning brand, web, content, and campaign needs, with an experience that feels as simple as e-commerce while still earning trust from businesses ordering creative and technical delivery online.

During Discovery we found that marketplaces selling creative services risk feeling either too shallow (commodity listings) or too chaotic (overwhelming choice). Buyers needed proof of professional execution across design, build, and promotion before they would treat the site like a serious procurement channel.
