LogCon East needed a clear story as a logistics-focused consulting partner for CEE, CIS, and NME: farmer services, investor services, and transportation and logistics, with mission and values visible, team and committee credibility, and contact paths for advisory and growth conversations from a Vienna base.

During Discovery we found that LogCon East's regional specialization (CEE, CIS, NME) was the primary differentiator, yet the site presented generic logistics consulting language. Operators and agencies in these regions evaluate partners on local knowledge and corridor-specific expertise.
