Meay Group needed a technical B2B story for rail and heavy industry: railway infrastructure, signaling, rolling stock parts, maintenance and consulting, alongside broader equipment trading, electrical and mechanical sourcing, mining equipment, project financing, and after-sales support for operators and agencies.

During Discovery we found that Meay Group's technical depth in railway infrastructure and rolling stock parts was the key differentiator, but the site read like a generic equipment trader. Rail operators and agencies evaluate suppliers by sub-specialty and certification, none of which were easy to find.
