Tufan Group needed one credible house brand for a Swiss-rooted enterprise since 1963: commodity trade, agriculture and livestock, logistics and transportation, and industrial manufacturing, alongside tangible assets (hospitality, retail and mixed-use, fuel retail, warehousing) and a global footprint story without fragmenting the narrative.
During Discovery we found that Tufan Group's diversification across trade, agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, and hospitality created narrative fragmentation. The challenge was presenting a 60+ year Swiss legacy across five sectors without diluting the parent brand or confusing investor and partner audiences.
