Case study
How we framed the challenge, combined capabilities, and shipped as one accountable team.
La Doré needed a warm, premium digital front door for a Maslak boutique café: coffee and chocolate positioning, menu and gallery storytelling, table reservations, and contact and hours, with a brand voice that feels local, crafted, and welcoming for Istanbul guests and visitors.
During Discovery we found that La Doré's warm, crafted cafe experience had no digital equivalent. Istanbul guests and visitors were judging the cafe from a basic web presence that conveyed none of the brand's boutique positioning, menu quality, or community feel.
We plan and deliver as one full-service team. The list below names the main capability areas that combined on this engagement, before the full narrative.
Capabilities combined
We shaped a hospitality-led narrative around craft and community, structured menu, about, and gallery paths for discovery, integrated reservation and contact flows, and launched a responsive marketing site that supports repeat visits and private event interest.
Delivered a hospitality-first site where craft, menu storytelling, and gallery create a digital extension of the in-cafe experience. Reservation and event inquiry flows now convert casual browsers into table bookings.
