Case study
How we framed the challenge, combined capabilities, and shipped as one accountable team.
Hainan Leadhong needed a single credible international front for three trading pillars: food and agricultural commodities, industrial goods and raw materials, and machinery and equipment, plus end-to-end services from sourcing and inspection through logistics, documentation, and trade finance, without collapsing into a generic commodity-broker page.
During Discovery we found that buyers evaluate trading partners on documentation, payment terms, and inspection discipline as much as headline categories. Food, industrial, and machinery buyers use different vocabulary but share expectations on MOQ, samples, and shipping transparency, so the site had to answer operational questions early.
We plan and deliver as one full-service team. The list below names the main capability areas that combined on this engagement, before the full narrative.
Capabilities combined
We anchored the story on connecting global markets with quality and compliance, structured products by category and sub-line for scanning, surfaced services (sourcing, logistics, trade finance and payment) with deep links, and launched a responsive marketing site with regional reach narrative, FAQ for procurement basics, testimonials, and quote and inquiry paths for B2B partners.
Delivered a structured hub where product lanes, service depth, and FAQ reinforce the same reliability story. Partners can self-qualify on trade mechanics and regions before submitting a quote or partnership inquiry.
