Case study
How we framed the challenge, combined capabilities, and shipped as one accountable team.
Shafa Heart Hospital needed a comprehensive public site for a large cardiovascular center in Gorgan: deep department and ward structure (clinic, emergency, CCU and ICU pathways, angiography, advanced CT angiography, radiology, lab, pharmacy, OR), patient guidance (insurance, rights, floor and color wayfinding), international patient services, online test and imaging result access, education, and feedback channels, with multilingual reach and calm, trustworthy clinical tone.
During Discovery we found that hospital sites often fail when every clinical unit competes in the main menu without a patient journey lens. Families need wayfinding, insurance clarity, and result retrieval as much as clinical marketing, and international patients need IPD narrative without diluting local service depth.
We plan and deliver as one full-service team. The list below names the main capability areas that combined on this engagement, before the full narrative.
Capabilities combined
We organized navigation around patient and family tasks (about the hospital, visitor guides, departments, IPD, online results, education, contact), surfaced leadership and physician structure, reinforced regional specialty positioning for northern Iran, and launched a responsive site with clear emergency and appointment contact patterns and accessible paths for Arabic, English, and Russian visitors alongside Persian.
Delivered a structured hospital presence where departments, visitor resources, and digital services (online results, education, feedback) each have a clear home. Patients and referrers can orient quickly while the institution projects specialty cardiac credibility across languages.
