Calla needed one credible story for integrated trading and management: equity and business management alongside import/export, distribution, marketing, and ancillary support, plus five product pillars and industries, without overwhelming procurement and partner audiences.
During Discovery we found that Calla's dual identity (management services alongside import/export and distribution) created confusion. Procurement audiences and partnership audiences needed separate entry points but a shared credibility story to take the firm seriously.
