AgriMineral Horizon needed a clear global story for agri, fertilizer, mineral, and industrial equipment trading: product lines and services (logistics, machinery, advisory) had to read as one credible partner, with sustainability and Hong Kong hub positioning visible early.
During Discovery we found that AgriMineral's three business lines (agriculture, fertilizer, industrial equipment) were presented as separate activities rather than one integrated supply partner. The Hong Kong hub and sustainability positioning were afterthoughts instead of lead differentiators.
