KRF needed one credible story for advisory-led growth plus trade facilitation: digital transformation, risk and compliance, financial and M&A-style advisory, governance, CFO strategy, process optimization, and fintech, with a global network narrative and clear imprint and privacy for regulated buyers.
During Discovery we found that KRF's dual value (advisory-led growth plus trade facilitation) was uncommon in the market but confusing online. Enterprise and trade buyers could not quickly tell if KRF was a consultancy, a broker, or both, and seven service pillars made the first impression overwhelming.
