Horizon Commodity needed a clear global commodity story: metals and minerals alongside agri-food lines, plus commodity trading, farmer services, and transportation and logistics, with trust signals and compliant pages (imprint, privacy) for international buyers and suppliers.
During Discovery we found that Horizon's dual product story (metals and minerals alongside agri-food) was presented without enough differentiation. Buyers in each commodity class needed their own entry point and trust signals rather than a generic trading overview.
