Formtrade needed a focused global story for fertilizer and agri-input trade: urea, ammonia, NPK, DAP, and ammonium sulfate had to pair cleanly with procurement, logistics, market intelligence, and investment facilitation for farmers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
During Discovery we found that Formtrade's product expertise (urea, ammonia, NPK, DAP) was diluted by services that lacked context. Farmers, distributors, and institutional buyers needed product-first navigation with supply chain and market intelligence as supporting capabilities.
