FINSP needed a sharp B2B story for a full advisory stack: CFO strategy, GRC, forensic and dispute support, operating model optimization, fintech and digital finance, and transaction support, with credibility for growth-stage companies, enterprises, and financial institutions.
During Discovery we found that FINSP's advisory stack was competing internally for attention. Enterprise buyers seeking forensic support had different needs from those looking for CFO strategy, yet all six services shared the same generic presentation without sector or urgency signals.
